Tom brings a proven track record in transforming complex operations through improved safety, productivity, and commercial discipline, having held senior executive positions at Newmont Corporation and Anglo American. With expertise spanning the full mining value chain—from exploration to large-scale portfolio management—Tom holds First Class Honours in Mining Engineering and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John Duncan is a highly respected business leader and seasoned director with a career spanning over five decades of excellence in entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and industry advocacy. As a major M1M shareholder, leader and strategist, John has consistently demonstrated the ability to scale businesses and lead complex organisations through periods of significant growth and transformation.
Toni has over 15 years’ experience providing corporate advisory, legal, risk and governance services to Australian and foreign listed and unlisted entities, having worked as a corporate lawyer. Toni has a comprehensive knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, and extensive compliance, capital raising, merger and acquisitions and initial public offering experience. Toni has worked with boards and management of both listed and unlisted companies of various sizes and is also currently the company secretary of a number of unlisted entities.
